Super Productivity
A private, offline-first to-do list, time tracker and daily planner for focused personal work, with integrations for Jira, GitHub and GitLab.
What is Super Productivity?
Super Productivity helps one person plan the day and track time against tasks. Focus mode offers Pomodoro, Flowtime and countdown sessions, and break reminders help you pace work. Tasks can come from Jira, Trello, GitHub, GitLab, Gitea and other trackers, so you work through issues without switching tools. Data stays on your device, with optional sync through the project's own SuperSync, Dropbox or WebDAV. It runs as a web app and on Windows, macOS, Linux and Android, translated into 23 languages.
Good fit if
- You want a personal planner that pulls in issues from your team's tracker.
- You track time for clients or timesheets without a cloud account.
Look elsewhere if
- You manage projects for a whole team: Plane or Vikunja.
- You prefer a plain-text, command-line task list: Taskwarrior.
Before you adopt it
Super Productivity is MIT-licensed, with no paid parts. Its creator, Johannes Millan, writes most of the code; the optional sync server needs PostgreSQL if you host it yourself.
