What is Wallos?

Wallos keeps a list of your subscriptions and regular payments with categories, due dates and multiple currencies, converted to your main currency through the Fixer API. Statistics show where recurring money goes, and reminders can arrive by email, Discord, Pushover, Telegram, Gotify or webhooks. It can look up logos on the web, supports OIDC sign-in, offers an API, and can suggest savings using ChatGPT, Gemini or a local Ollama model. Data stays in a SQLite file on your server. People can use it in 24 languages.

Good fit if

  • You lose track of streaming, software and membership fees and want one list with reminders.
  • You want this kind of tracking without handing bank access to a paid app.

Look elsewhere if

Before you adopt it

Wallos is GPL-3.0 and contains nothing paid. Most work comes from its creator, with a few other contributors helping. It runs from a single Docker container, or on bare metal with Nginx or Apache and PHP 8.3.
