Seerr
A request and discovery app for Jellyfin, Plex and Emby where household members ask for films and shows and admins approve them.
Seerr at a glance
What is Seerr?
Seerr gives users of your media server a friendly site to browse titles and request a movie or individual seasons of a show. It signs people in with their Jellyfin, Emby or Plex accounts, scans the libraries to know what is already available, and passes approved requests to Sonarr and Radarr. Admins get a simple approval queue, granular permissions, watchlists and blocklists, and notifications through several agents. It is the merged successor of Overseerr and Jellyseerr, with migration guides for both. Translators have covered 36 languages.
Good fit if
- Friends or family use your media server and keep asking you to add titles.
- You already run Sonarr and Radarr and want a front door for requests.
Look elsewhere if
- You need the media server itself: Jellyfin.
